Product feeds

Get your catalog into Google Shopping, AI Mode, Gemini and ChatGPT shopping with feeds built from your AI-prepared products, kept up to date on their own.

Under Product feeds, AgenticCart turns your synced catalog into a feed for each shopping channel: a Google feed for Google Shopping, AI Mode and Gemini, and a feed in OpenAI's format for ChatGPT shopping. Both are built from the prepared catalog, so the AI fields - summary, use cases, Google product category, attributes - travel with every product. Once set up, they stay up to date on their own.

Plans

Feed links and downloads are part of every paid plan. The automatic daily push to OpenAI is part of the Business plan.

Google Shopping and Gemini

You need a Google Merchant Center account, which is free.

    Copy your feed link

    On the Google Shopping & Gemini tab.

    Add it in Google Merchant Center

    Add the link as a product data source with a scheduled fetch.

    Wait for the first fetch

    The tab shows Live as soon as Google has fetched the feed, with the time of the last fetch.

Microsoft Merchant Center, which feeds Copilot shopping, can import the same link.

Under Feed settings you choose how Google uses the feed:

  • Full feed - your primary data source, with every product.
  • Supplemental - adds the AI fields to a Google feed you already run, without replacing it.

You can also use your seller name as the brand when a product has none. Both settings are optional; the feed works with the defaults.

ChatGPT shopping

ChatGPT shopping answers come from feeds that OpenAI admits stores to, so this channel starts with OpenAI's merchant onboarding. OpenAI takes the feed by SFTP.

    Apply with OpenAI

    After merchant onboarding, OpenAI gives you an SFTP access.

    Send the feed

    On Business, add the SFTP access on the ChatGPT Shopping tab and switch on the daily push - fresh data then goes out every day. On the other plans, download the feed and upload it to your OpenAI access yourself.

    Set your countries

    Enter the countries OpenAI has confirmed for your store, as comma-separated country codes.

The tab shows Live after the first successful push.

Feed quality

Each tab shows how many products carry every required field and, for the rest, which field is missing and for how many products. Most gaps are fixed at the source - in your store - or by the AI preparation. Products only appear in the feeds once your catalog has synced; see catalog sync.

A new feed link

If you need a new link, for example because the old one was shared by mistake, choose New URL next to the feed link. The current link stops working right away, so update it wherever you added it, such as in Merchant Center.

Frequently asked questions

Do the feeds include the AI preparation?
Yes. Both feeds are built from the prepared catalog, so the summary, use cases, Google product category and attributes travel with each product.
How often are the feeds updated?
They are built from your synced catalog, so they follow it. Google fetches the feed on the schedule you set in Merchant Center. The ChatGPT feed is pushed once a day on Business, or whenever you upload it.
Can I keep my existing Google feed?
Yes. Choose Supplemental in the feed settings, and the AgenticCart feed adds the AI fields to your existing products instead of replacing your feed.
Is the ChatGPT feed the same as my ChatGPT app?
No. The feed puts your products into ChatGPT shopping answers once OpenAI has admitted your store. Your app is a separate way in that shoppers use inside ChatGPT and Claude - see ChatGPT & Claude app.
