Your AgenticCart account is the root of everything you build on the platform: integrations, collections, AI sales agents, billing, and domain verification all hang off a single merchant login. This page covers how to create an AgenticCart account, sign in to the dashboard, reset a lost password, and manage your merchant profile.
INFO
Create an AgenticCart account
Sign up on the AgenticCart registration page with an email address and a password. After you submit the form, AgenticCart sends a verification link to that inbox; clicking it activates the account and drops you into onboarding, where you can connect your store or product feed and build your first agent.
-
1
Submit email and password
Use an address you check regularly — it becomes your login and the destination for billing receipts, catalog-sync alerts, and security notifications. Passwords must be at least 8 characters with mixed case and a digit. -
2
Verify your email
Open the message from AgenticCart and click the confirmation link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or request a fresh link from the signup screen. Verification links expire after a short window; request a new one if yours has gone stale. -
3
Start onboarding
Once verified, you are routed into the guided setup: connect a store, pick a plan, verify your domain, sync products, build a collection, and deploy your AI sales agent. Onboarding resumes from the last completed step if you close the tab.
TIP
Sign in to the AI agent dashboard
Log in to the AI agent dashboard at the AgenticCart login page with the same email and password you used at signup. Sessions are protected by secure browser cookies, so you stay logged in until you explicitly log out or the session expires.
Reset an AgenticCart password
If you have forgotten your credentials, click Forgot password? on the login page and enter your email. AgenticCart sends a reset link; open it and choose a new password that meets the strength requirements. The old password is invalidated the moment the reset completes, and any open dashboard sessions are signed out for safety.
WARNING
Security protections on your account
AgenticCart protects merchant account access with standard SaaS security controls. For a broader view of how the platform protects your catalog and hosted chat, see Security and trust.
- Abuse protection — repeated login, signup, and password reset attempts can be throttled automatically.
- Strong passwords — 8+ characters with mixed case and at least one digit, enforced on signup and on reset.
- Protected sessions — dashboard sessions use secure cookies in production over HTTPS.
- Action safeguards — sensitive settings, integration, and billing actions include request protections to block cross-site forgery.
Your merchant profile
Profile fields live under Settings in the dashboard. These details do not affect how your AI sales agent behaves — they are for your own records and for the messages AgenticCart sends you.
- First name and last name — used in the dashboard greeting and on receipts.
- Company — shown on invoices issued by the billing provider.
- Notification preferences — choose which product, marketing, and security emails you want to receive.
You can change your password from the same settings page; doing so invalidates other active sessions so a stolen cookie becomes useless.
Teams and invites (current status)
Most merchants currently use a single user account for one store or organization.
