This page explains what each tier includes and how billing, trials, and cancellations work.

How to choose between Plus, Pro, and Business

Plus — one focused AI sales agent

Plus is the entry tier of AgenticCart pricing. Use it when you want to prove one clear shopping journey: one custom hosted chat domain, one AI sales agent, and one focused product collection. Plus is a good fit for merchants launching a seasonal campaign page, a single gift finder, or a first concierge experience on a niche storefront.

Pro — multiple agents and richer customization

Pro expands the subscription to cover multiple buying journeys on the same store. It unlocks more AI sales agents, more product coverage, additional store knowledge, and more monthly shopper interactions. Choose Pro when you want a gift finder and a category advisor running in parallel, or when you need to customize the AI shopping assistant with promotions and richer persona rules.

Business — larger catalogs and multi-domain

Business is aimed at merchants running AgenticCart as a core part of their acquisition, retention, or multi-brand strategy. It raises every capacity dial — more domains, more agents, more active SKUs, more monthly interactions — and includes higher-touch launch support when needed. Business is a fit when one subscription needs to cover several regional storefronts or campaign microsites.

Trials

Eligible new merchants can evaluate AgenticCart on a trial before the first charge. A trial is meant for full validation: connect catalog data, build a product collection, configure an agent, and launch a hosted chat on a real domain before committing. Some usage limits may be lower during the trial than on the corresponding paid plan.

Billing, failed payments, and cancellations

AgenticCart billing is managed by Stripe. Subscriptions are created through Stripe-hosted checkout pages and managed from the Stripe customer portal linked from the billing area in your dashboard. AgenticCart does not store raw card details. The full payment flow — invoices, VAT, refunds, and payment method updates — is covered in billing and payments.

  • Upgrades take effect quickly so higher limits unlock when you need them; Stripe handles any prorated amount.
  • Downgrades usually apply at the end of the paid period — confirm your current usage fits the lower plan first.
  • Cancellations normally keep access until the end of the paid period, after which hosted agents go offline.
  • Failed payments trigger a grace period with a clear dashboard warning before service is restricted.

WARNING

If a renewal payment is not recovered within the grace period, your hosted AI agents can stop answering shoppers until the subscription is restored. Keep the billing email on file up to date so Stripe can reach you before that happens.

Does AgenticCart offer a free trial?
Eligible new merchants can start with a trial so the AI sales agent can be validated end to end before the first paid charge. The trial uses real catalog data and a real hosted chat domain; some usage limits may be lower than on the matching paid plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my AgenticCart plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect quickly and lift your capacity dials right away. Downgrades usually apply at the end of the current paid period — review your current domains, agents, SKUs, and interactions first so you are not over the target plan at the rollover.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
AgenticCart gives you a grace period to update the payment method before restricting service. During that window the dashboard shows a billing warning with a link to the Stripe customer portal. If payment is not recovered in time, hosted chat experiences can stop responding until the subscription is restored.
Which plan includes custom-domain hosted chat?

AgenticCart supports monthly and annual billing intervals through Stripe. Annual intervals usually carry a discount against the monthly rate; the live numbers are always shown on the pricing page before you subscribe.
How do I cancel my AgenticCart subscription?
Open the billing area in the dashboard and choose cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, after which AI sales agents go offline. You can reactivate later from the same billing screen; see removing products for how the catalog side is handled separately.
Does AgenticCart charge for storefront checkout or shopper payments?
No. AgenticCart pricing is a merchant subscription only. Shopper checkout happens on your storefront or through the agentic commerce path described in billing and payments — there is no separate transaction fee on shopper orders.
