Which platforms do you support?

WooCommerce connects through our plugin. Shopify connects through our app, available on request until it is listed in the Shopify App Store. Either can also start from its shop address, and stores on other platforms can connect through a Google Merchant feed.

How do AI assistants find my products?

Your store gets a hosted MCP endpoint that assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor can connect to. We also publish structured, agent-readable product data so assistants can discover and recommend your catalog.

Do customers leave the chat to pay?

Payment runs through your store’s own checkout. The agent puts the products in the cart right in the conversation and hands the shopper to your checkout — so your payment methods, receipts and refunds stay exactly as they are, and orders land in your store like any other order.

Does my product data go to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google?

Only what an assistant needs to answer the current question — title, attributes, price, stock and image. Never customer data. Every request is scoped to your store, rate-limited and logged, and you can switch your MCP server off at any time.

Is the storefront agent included in every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes the branded storefront agent on your own domain, with your own persona and promotions.

Will this affect my SEO or my existing store?

No. AgenticCart runs alongside your storefront. Your pages, URLs, theme and Google rankings stay exactly as they are — we add a new channel, we don’t replace one.

What happens if an AI provider has an outage?

Your store and checkout keep running, because they don’t depend on any AI provider. The storefront agent can’t answer until its language model is back.
